Heat Lists for Competing Dancers

When we receive your entries and payment, a confirmation of entry will be sent to you. When you receive it please CHECK IT CAREFULLY.

The information that is shown on your confirmation is what is in the computer and will be in the program, so please let us know immediately in the event of any errors, such as the mis-spelling of a name or an incorrect category.

When you order tickets, a unique confirmation number will be assigned to you and a confirmation slip containing that number will be mailed directly to you. (We do not mail out tickets.) This confirmation slip is what is necessary to collect your tickets at the event, where your tickets will be held under your number. Please be sure to bring the confirmation slip with you and present it to the staff at The Yankee Classic Reception Desk.

Below you will find a list of all the various entry forms and administrative forms that you will need to enter The Yankee Classic Championships. All forms are available for you to download and print.

In order for your name to be included in the program, ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 15th. Entries received following that will be accepted providing they do not cause changes to the programmed heats, for example creating a semi-final.

Every effort will be made to make times/heat lists available about one week prior to the event. However, please be aware that there are often unavoidable last-minute changes, so PLEASE arrive in the ballroom early for your heats. NDCA Rules provide for an event to commence up to 30 minutes earlier than an announced time.

	Advanced Reserved Seat Admission Tickets may be PURCHASED IN ADVANCE ONLY!!!! ALL ticket order forms must arrive at the Yankee office NO LATER than May 15, 2010. PLEASE NOTE that WE DO SELL OUT~SATURDAY NITE RESERVED SEATS WERE SOLD OUT IN 2009!...PLEASE NOTE that TICKETS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AFTER THIS DATE!!!! All Advance Tickets will be held at the Yankee Classic Reception Desk and may be picked up at any time during the event weekend. You will be mailed a confirmation of our receipt of your order, however TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED AND ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!!!
